Hi, I'm Aretha!

Originally from Hong Kong, I’ve been an athlete from a young age. Swimming, Taekwando, badminton, dance, you name it. I'm a professional performer, mental performance consultant, certified personal trainer and certified yoga instructor all embodied in one.

My passion lies in helping people reach their full potential while being their authentic selves using a combination of evidence-based sport psychology techniques and mindfulness. I want to ensure that my clients grow within their area of expertise and as an individual.

    • How does online coaching work?

      We will communicate primarily through a user-friendly app that keeps everything organized and accessible. After a free consultation call—where we talk about your goals, preferences, and challenges—I will take care of the rest! With a personalized training plan designed just for you, you will know exactly what to do for every workout. We will check in regularly (almost daily!) to keep you accountable, and we can schedule Check-In Calls if you need extra support or guidance.

    • Do you offer in-person coaching?

      Yes, I do! If you’re in the Greater Denver area, we can absolutely train in person. Just like with online coaching, we will start with a consultation call to understand your needs, then create a plan that works for you. In-person training packages are available—feel free to reach out for details!

    • How do sports psychology sessions work?

      My sessions are tailored to your unique needs, so sessions vary based on each individual. We will first understand your goals and challenges through assessments and discussions. Then we will work together to create a game plan to address the impediments. I will equip you with mental skill techniques that work for you to optimize your performance. Sessions can be held in-person or virtually. If you have an upcoming event, we can even meet at your training space to put those skills into practice!

    • Is nutrition coaching included?

      Yes! Nutrition coaching is available as an add-on service. Your eating habits play a key role in your overall progress, and I am here to support you with simple, effective strategies to help you build a healthier lifestyle. While I’m not a Registered Dietitian and cannot diagnose or prescribe, I can provide guidance and recommendations to help you fuel your body in a way that supports your goals.
